Ever since I starting "getting into" GEOS, I've wanted to write applications for it. I played with geoBASIC quite a bit, but found the bugs in it just too much to handle. Eventually I broke down and figgered out geoAssembler and discovered that it is truly an ML programmer's dream. The Macro's, the symbolic debugger, the fantastic kernal support for all those GUI features-- makes it all worthwhile. Of course, at the end of the day, it's still Assembly. I've been thinking a lot about writing at least some sort of precompiler for some high level language, which you may soon see in development on this page. Until then, here are some of the programs I've written or am working on for GEOS...
But first! Check out my geoModules Project page regarding how I put applications together these days. If you plan on re-compiling most of the programs below, you'll need this!
(P.S. Most of my programs use the current GEOS background/foreground colors, so the blues and so forth would look different depending upon your deskTop color configuration.)
