BLOG; INFREQUENT AND RANDOM BULLSHIT

5.31.2004 4:59 AM

I don't understand. As soon as I make progress with the site something happens and I'm cut off from the net and can't do shit with the site. Well, now hopefully things have changed. I am in the land where the internet runs like water; my software engineer (and avid Rush fan) brother's house. I live here now. It's all the way in Round Rock, TX. My comp isn't set up just yet, but I'll get it together shortly. Hey, lets add a valid topic to the blog:
In 26 days Rush will be playing in Houston. I have tickets to that show and will be attending with Josh and my brother. You see, I thought I would be actually living in Houston at the time of the show, but due to certain people who should be denied the right to continue existence (ie, my unfortuante future mother-in-law), I had to relocate. Pretty pointless now. It is craptacular that my brother has tickets to the San Antonio show the night before and we do not. Regardless, I am damn excited. Whats also exciting is that three days later Rush will be releasing an album of covers. That caught me by surprise. I never imagined Rush doing covers, I always just thought that bands sorely attempted to cover Rush songs. It also brings to mind Mandy Moore...and luckily, Dream Theatre. I'm a touch apprehensive, but I will buy the album and I believe you should too! ROCK ON!!!
